Dominant Tech Solutions maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the creation, upload, distribution, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user behavior on the Hauler Fella application that endangers, exploits, abuses, or targets minors will result in immediate termination of the user account and direct reporting to federal authorities.

2. Definitive Restrictions & Prohibited Behaviors

Within the Hauler Fella application, users are strictly prohibited from participating in, hosting, or sharing content related to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Visual depictions (including photos, videos, or computer-generated/AI imagery) involving a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
• Child Grooming: Behaviors intended to establish a connection with a minor to facilitate sexual contact or the exchange of explicit imagery.
• Sextortion: Blackmailing or threatening a minor using real or alleged access to intimate images.
• Minor Sexualization: Content promoting the sexual abuse or portrayal of children in a manner resulting in sexual exploitation.

3. Mandatory In-App Reporting Mechanism

To ensure compliance with Google Play standards, Hauler Fella features a permanently available, easily accessible in-app reporting tool.

• Users can flag any profile, message, post, or media instantly.
• Once a report regarding CSAE or child endangerment is submitted, our safety team prioritizes it for immediate human review.

4. Enforcement & Compliance with Child Protection Laws

Dominant Tech Solutions actively monitors user-generated content using automated filters alongside manual review pipelines. Upon discovery or receipt of valid knowledge regarding CSAM/CSAE within Hauler Fella, we will:

• Immediate Removal: Permanently erase the offending material within our systems.
• Account Termination: Permanently ban the offender's device and account.
• Legal Escalation: Forward all relevant user information, logs, and media to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and respective regional law enforcement agencies in full compliance with child protection laws.
