Welcome to Hauler Fella! By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and a professional truck driver (or involved in the trucking industry) to use this application.

2.⁠ ⁠User Conduct

By using Hauler Fella, you agree not to:

1. Harass, abuse, or harm another user.
2. Use the app for any illegal activities.
3. Post fraudulent or misleading activities.
4. Attempt to circumvent the location privacy features to track other users.

3.⁠ ⁠Activity Planning and Participation

User-Generated Content: Users are solely responsible for the activities they publish. Hauler Fella does not vet individual activities or locations.

Assumption of Risk: Meeting people in person involves inherent risks. Users are encouraged to meet in well-lit, public truck stops and exercise caution. Hauler Fella is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or disputes arising from meetups organized through the app.

4.⁠ ⁠Communication Features

Our chat, call, and video call features are provided for social connection. We reserve the right to ban users who use these features for spam, solicitation, or harassment.

5.⁠ ⁠Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that threatens the safety of our community.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Hauler Fella is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that specific connections will be made. We are not responsible for any loss of data or mechanical/professional issues resulting from your use of the app.

7.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
