Community Guidelines

Hauler Fella is built on trust, respect, and genuine human connection. These Community Guidelines exist to ensure that every driver who joins our platform feels safe, welcome, and valued. By creating an account or using Hauler Fella, you agree to abide by the following guidelines at all times.

We ask every member of our community to uphold these standards, not just because they are required, but because a stronger community benefits every driver on the road.

1. Respect Every Driver

Treat every member of the Hauler Fella community with courtesy, dignity, and respect in messages, voice and video calls, group chats, and in person.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  1. Harassment, bullying, or intimidation in any form
  2. Verbal abuse, threats, or aggressive language
  3. Personal attacks or targeted humiliation
  4. Persistent unwanted contact after a user has indicated they are not interested

Hauler Fella has a zero tolerance policy for harassment. Violations will result in immediate action, up to and including permanent removal from the platform.

2. No Discrimination or Hate Speech

Hauler Fella is an inclusive community. Content, language, or behavior that discriminates against, demeans, or threatens any individual or group based on the following is strictly forbidden:

  1. Race, ethnicity, or national origin
  2. Religion or belief system
  3. Gender or gender identity
  4. Sexual orientation
  5. Disability or health condition
  6. Age or socioeconomic background

This applies to all areas of the platform, including profiles, messages, activity descriptions, and group chats.

3. Protect Your Privacy and the Privacy of Others

Your safety depends on how you manage personal information. We strongly advise all users to:

  1. Never share your exact location, home address, or daily routine with other users
  2. Never disclose financial information, identification documents, or sensitive personal data
  3. Use Hauler Fella's built in visibility controls to manage how and where your profile appears

You must also respect the privacy of others:

  1. Do not share, screenshot, record, or redistribute another user's messages, photos, or personal details without their explicit consent
  2. Do not attempt to identify or track the exact location of another user
  3. What is shared in a private conversation must remain private

4. Be Honest — No Fake Profiles or Impersonation

Hauler Fella is built on authentic connection. Every user is expected to represent themselves honestly.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  1. Creating a fake, misleading, or impersonating profile
  2. Using another person's photos, name, or identity
  3. Misrepresenting your location, occupation, or intentions
  4. Operating multiple accounts to deceive or manipulate other users

Accounts found to be fraudulent or deceptive will be permanently removed without notice.

5. Plan and Join Activities in Good Faith

Our activity planning feature exists to help drivers connect and make the most of their time. All users are expected to use it responsibly.

  1. Only post activities you genuinely intend to organize or attend
  2. Do not create misleading, vague, or bait and switch activity listings
  3. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, notify participants promptly through the group chat
  4. Do not use activity listings to solicit, recruit, or promote products or services

Respect the time and expectations of other drivers. Reliable participation builds trust across the entire community.

6. Keep Content Appropriate

All content shared on Hauler Fella, including profile photos, activity descriptions, messages, and group chat posts, must meet the following standards.


The following content is strictly prohibited:

  1. Sexually explicit or suggestive material of any kind
  2. Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
  3. Content that promotes illegal activity or substance abuse
  4. Misinformation that could endanger the safety of other users
  5. Spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotional content

Hauler Fella is a professional community platform. Content should reflect the values of respect, safety, and genuine connection.

7. No Commercial Solicitation

Hauler Fella is a social platform for driver connection, not a marketplace.

Users are prohibited from:

  1. Selling products or services to other users
  2. Soliciting money, donations, or financial contributions
  3. Promoting third party businesses or affiliate offers
  4. Recruiting users for commercial purposes

Any account found to be using Hauler Fella for commercial gain without authorization will be suspended or permanently removed.

8. Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it immediately using the in app report feature.

All reports are:

  1. Treated with strict confidentiality
  2. Reviewed by our moderation team promptly
  3. Acted upon in accordance with the severity of the violation

Your report helps protect the entire Hauler Fella community. Do not hesitate to use it.

9. Consequences for Violations

Hauler Fella enforces these guidelines consistently and fairly. Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, consequences may include:

  1. A formal warning issued to the account
  2. Temporary suspension of account access
  3. Permanent removal from the platform
  4. Reporting to relevant authorities where illegal activity is involved

Serious violations, including threats, sexual harassment, impersonation, or any behavior that endangers the physical safety of another user, will result in immediate and permanent removal.

10. Guidelines Updates

Hauler Fella reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
